1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 799pak website located at 799pak.club (the "Platform"), including all associated services, games, betting markets, and payment functionality, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 799pak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Users of the 799pak Platform regardless of whether they access it from within Pakistan or from any other jurisdiction. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of 799pak is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 799pak strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 799pak reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age eligibility requirement is not satisfied.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 799pak Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. The availability of the Platform does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. 799pak makes no representation that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 799pak Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion agreement with 799pak or any other gaming operator.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money services on 799pak, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly upon any change.

3.2 KYC Verification

799pak implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card ("CNIC") and may be asked to provide additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 799pak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. 3.4 Account Closure

799pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy KYC requirements. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

4 Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on the 799pak Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 799pak supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your 799pak wallet promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the selected method.
• You represent that all funds deposited into your 799pak account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity.
• 799pak reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1–4 business hours during normal banking hours.
• 799pak reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• 699pak reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, in which case the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

799pak offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all 799pak promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. 799pak reserves the right to withhold bonus amounts where it suspects abuse of promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploitation of software errors.
• 799pak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Self-excluded players are not eligible for any bonuses or promotional offers during their exclusion period.

7 Casino Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the 799pak Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and game show formats — are provided by third-party certified game studios including PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Pragmatic Play. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• All games operate on certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in licensed studios.

• All bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at 799pak's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. Odds are subject to change without notice during live markets.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled may be voided at 799pak's discretion in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a pricing error resulting in clearly incorrect odds, 799pak reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the outcome was settled.
• PSL and other cricket betting markets operate under cricket-specific settlement rules, including provisions for rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and match abandonment.
• Suspicious betting patterns may result in bet cancellation, winnings suspension, and account investigation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 799pak Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits through your payment provider.

10 Responsible Gaming

799pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of elapsed session time.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any 799pak content without prior written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 799pak provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• 799pak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• 799pak does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
• In any event, 799pak's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 799pak Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 799pak does not sell your personal data to third parties and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

14 Amendments to These Terms

799pak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 799pak will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 799pak Platform, you agree to first contact 799pak's customer support team to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. 799pak will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
